About DiscountChoice

DiscountChoice services the *Appalachian area and mirrors the service area of its paternal PPO, 4MOST Health Network.  DiscountChoice is NOT a discount card or stand-alone discount product.  DiscountChoice is a “Point of Service” discount network that must accompany a Limited Medical Benefit Plan design.  DiscountChoice publishes on the Limited Medical Benefit Plan ID Card the following discounts that each participating provider will extend up front and prior to any services being reimbursed.

For the DiscountChoice provider or purchaser, this website enables look up of participating providers, nomination of new providers for future participation and a contact us tool to notify us of any DiscountChoice sales and service concern.
